(Electrical-Thermal-Optical)

The ETO-TEC-100 is Orb Optronix’ innovative Thermal-Electrical Controller for use with the company’s ETO (Electrical-Thermal-Optical) LED characterization systems and Light Measurement Systems. Designed at Orb to maximize bench space and to provide extremely versatile control, the ETO-TEC-100 fits comfortably on top of a Keithley 2600 or 2400 SourceMeter, making Orb’s ETO system the most compact system on the market today.

ETO-TEC-100 Features

  • Three thermocouple inputs for monitoring thermal platform, DUT and heatsink temperature
  • Software selectable thermocouple input for closed loop PID control
  • Two RTD inputs
  • Chiller power supply
  • Chiller flow rate monitor
  • Multiplexing of current drive and 4-wire sensing to allow the following electrical drive modes:
    • 16A DC (single channel) with 4-wire sense
    • 240V AC (single channel) with 4-wire sense
    • Dual channel LED drive operation each with 4-wire sense
    • Three independent LED drive channels w/user selectable 4-wire sense
    • Four independent LED drive channels (common cathode)
  • Software controllable triggers to trigger up to two lamp power supplies
  • Additional user configurable digital I/O
