Orb Optronix’ LED Measurement Laboratory specializes in the characterization, measurement and testing of discreet LEDs, LED array, LED light engines, LED replacement lamps, and LED luminaires. Orb's lab is NIST traceable and provides measurement to industry standards including IES, CIE, IEC, ANSI, DOE, CALiPER, and Energy Star.

LED performance is sensitive to input power conditions and temperature. LED performance also varies as a function of lifetime. And, lifetime is highly dependent on temperature.
